Week Beginning
  May 3rd

Hi Everyone,

Happy May Day!
WOW! How quickly did we get here?!

It's wonderful that Malvern Council have been putting on some good events. In celebration of Earth Day last Thursday they held an all day online event, streamed from and recorded at The Cube. Some really interesting speakers presenting their 'loving the planet' projects and initiatives; including How To Make Seed Bombs from our own Anna Mitchell, a Trafford House classes participant whom many of you know.

There is a very special online event this Saturday too. Malvern Health and Well-Being Fair Online lasts all day. There's a raft of alternative and complementary health practitioners speaking about their 'thing.'  Go check it out - Kelda White will be there and so will we.

Kelda White is on just before us at 5.45-6.00pm

We are talking (probably continuously and without taking a breath) at 6.15-6.45pm (the Graveyard slot when everyone is eating their dinner hehehe. Still, we'll probably give better news than the usual stuff on TV etc at that time so come along and join in.) You can watch Kelda - and then us via the YouTube link below.

The YouTube link below will be live on Saturday afternoon

Kum Nye Mentoring

This Saturday May 1st: 10-11am
 Q & A's Session

You are so welcome to join our space to Be with other
Kum Nyers, to share questions, insights, thoughts, feelings and experiences about your Kum Nye practice.

This is an invaluable way of creating a safe, confidential
Kum Nye space, to share how your practice is going and any struggles you are having. So often when we share with others - we get insights through their experience, their questions and answers.

Appreciation also arises for ourselves and others creating a sense of deeper connection. When we share the healthy changes we are making, this is the most successful goal we can achieve.
This support, this sharing of experience, is one of the
greatest resources of mankind.

As we continue to open to the nature of existence, we naturally
share more fully with others and our actions are more likely to benefit everyone. When we see all others as friends in a mutual search for fulfilment, we share in the richness of human experience and the possibilities for genuine support and caring are infinite.

In Pilates, as well as in life, there is nothing that will work for you that you do not make work for you.

There is no 'Good Fairy' who will come to you in the night and transform your body for you.

The physical and mental commitment you must make to achieve your goals is the most important step in the process of change.

Believing in and following the Pilates philosophy will be the closest you come to making a miraculous change in the way you look and feel. Take the time to understand the essence of each exercise and to enjoy the freedom of movement, and in time you will create the results that you are looking for.
