Moving Back to the Philippines!

Almost 3 years after we came to the USA in 2020 we are finally able to go back to Davao City. By the time you receive this newsletter, we will already be in the Philippines. Our flight plans are: leaving Sarasota, FL to Atlanta (2 hours), Atlanta to South Korea (16 hours), South Korea to Cebu (5 hours), spend 1 night in hotel, lastly fly Cebu to Davao (1 hour). We will arrive in Davao November 30th!
Home by the End of the Year?
Most of 2022, we felt the Lord would open the doors to the Philippines by the end of the year. Yet, we still did not know when. With restrictions still in place we continued to wait. The night we flew back to Charlotte, NC from our Italy missions trip, the Lord made it clear we were to go back to the Philippines. Friends we were staying with picked us up from the airport and brought us to their home. In our room they had a painting we gave them 15 years ago that one of our FIlipino students made sitting on the chair.

The picture below is of a Filipino calling out like in Paul's Macedonian call in Acts 16:6-10, "Come to the Philippines and help us". Within the next 2 days we purchased tickets and the Lord supernaturally lifted all restrictions!

FAITH PROMISE FEEDING PROGRAM
We believe the Lord is using FPFP to not only feed children but prepare them for what God desires to do in their lives. Presently, we have 4 different programs in place to prepare the kids for God's plans:

FPFP (1-12)
Firestarters (13-15)
Burn Youth Ministry (15-18)
Fire School of Ministry (18 & Up)

There are no words we could share of how grateful we are for all of you. We never thought we would leave the Philippines. Yet, these past 3 years God has done so much. Our motivation for going back to the Philippines is not to take over leadership roles we held before but to lift up the arms of the Filipino leaders. Please keep us in your prayers.

Your finanical support has helped in more ways than you know. Thank you for holding up our arms as we hold up the arms of Filipinos whom God is using to expand His Kingdom throughout Asia!
