Summer Staff

This summer we had a blast getting to know our campers and the staff! From watching the kids having the best time going down the water slide to watching them DISCOVER who they are, we wouldn’t trade any of it. The summer started with reunion and finding peace along our path as individuals and a community. Apostle Jannè Grover shared that we should move our thinking from “all are invited” to “this place was created with you in mind.” We thought about this for the rest of the summer as we prepared to have youth camps.

At each youth camp, our theme was ‘Discover.’ We intentionally planned each camp in a way to build a community and find who we are and who Jesus is. The community that was built at each camp showed us both the power of camps and the love of Christ. It was seen as we linked arms at high school camp, singing “For Everyone Born”. There were tears of joy and love for the camp, along with sadness of leaving camps. After growing up going as campers, our experience this year gave us a new appreciation for all that youth ministries does. Thank you for trusting us with the campers and allowing for us to build relationships we will remember a lifetime!

Health and Spirituality Workshop

Finding balance in our lives is a common goal for many of us, but often difficult to achieve! This session will discuss ways for finding "balance" with the physical, emotional, spiritual, and relationship (and work) aspects of our lives. We often think that "once things seem to be in balance, then "all will be well." But, maintaining life balance is difficult!! We will explore what is really at the root of "being" unbalanced and find ways to move beyond these. Once having this awareness, we can move towards greater wholeness.

Join us August 20, 2022 from 9:00am to 3:15 pm for a Zoom workshop. For more details and registration click here
