The Winter Olympics are just four months away. Curling is the Winter Olympics most watched sport. Is your club ready for the coming tsunami of new people who saw curling on TV and want to try it?

Will you have enough instructors for your open houses? If your club is interested in hosting a USA Curling Level 1 Instructor course, please contact GNCC Training Coordinator Matthew Scheiner and he will help you get the course scheduled.

United States Senior Men’s Curling Association National Championships

Seniors (55+) Super Seniors (63+) Masters (68+)

This event will require ALL people to be vaccinated. This includes not only the players, but spouses, spectators, workers and volunteers. The goal is to make this a safe, fun event.

Has your Safesport certification expired?

All club officers plus all adults (18 and over) who are members of your club, volunteer at your club, or are hired to work at your club and have regular contact with or authority over amateur athletes (participants) who are minors are required to complete the free three part SafeSport core training.

SafeSport training certificates are valid for one year. After one year you will need to complete Refresher 1: Recognizing and Reporting Misconduct. Simply log into your SafeSport account and the Refresher Course will be there.
