A big thank you to all of you who have provided feedback this year. Your support has scored us not one but two industry awards in the first six months of 2021. How did we manage it?

We gave you a service that doesn't stop when you switch your computer off at night. Some ways that we have added value to your businesses are:


Our award-winning training programme has gained recognition as one of the industry's best. We use a simple formula: courses that are right for you, however you like to learn:

  • Remote, one-to-one video lessons;
  • Learn in your own time with online tutorials;
  • Choose an in-person and on-site orientation day.

Training is an ongoing part of the eBoss service. It doesn't matter if you have been using our system for ten years or ten minutes. If you need a refresher course, it's always available to you. Just let us know.


Got a simple question? Trying to do something in eBoss but it's not quite working out the way you expected?

The fastest way to get a solution is with our chat help. Open the chatbox in the bottom-right corner of your eBoss screen and type away. Our support team will find you a solution as soon as possible.
