We're pleased to announce that we are now reopening on Wednesday 2nd December, one day earlier than expected! We will be operating the same class schedule that we had before lockdown and bookings for classes on the 2nd of December, are AVAILABLE NOW!

In the meantime, don’t forget to get your training in. You’ll be in a much better position to return to training if you’ve been consistent. If you haven’t, there’s no better time to restart your membership and hop into our Zoom classes and get those DOMs out of the way early!

Memberships

Thanks to all who continued to support us over this latest lockdown. Your support has meant that we have been able to get through this period unharmed which gives us huge optimism for the future.

If you froze your membership, the hold has been removed from Wednesday 2 December allowing you to book now. If you were on a class pack and have missed out on some weeks or it has expired, please email us and we will extend it for the time lost.

Equipment Return

If you borrowed kit over lockdown, we'll need it back to reopen fully. Please return the kit at the following times and no later than Tuesday 1st December.

Weekdays: 10:00-16:00

Weekend: 10:00-12:00

Covid Measures

We will be continuing to operate with all of the safety protocols and stringent cleaning procedures that were in place prior to Lockdown 2.0. This includes observing distancing, wearing masks in the front area of the gym and cleaning all the kit that you have used. We've really appreciated the level of adherence and application of the rules prior to lockdown so all we ask is that you continue your good work.
