Welcome to week 2 of Coaches Ed. Lockdown Edition. This week we'll be looking at developing a process in order to build an effective workout.
You will learn about;
- Determining duration for workouts with different purposes
- Building workouts for different purposes- high power, strength and stamina
- Building workouts to target different energy systems
Tasks for you to complete this week are based on our 24Sleven programme. You'll get the chance to write some successories pieces that could potentially be used in programming.
