Happy Spring!  With the good weather comes more good news from the Delaware Treatment and Referral Network.  Since its inception, we have trained over 800 individuals at 45 organizations to use DTRN to improve access to substance use and other mental health treatment for all Delawareans.  Using your feedback, we have been working continuously to improve the system and assure it meets the needs of our providers.  We appreciate everyone’s dedication and enthusiasm and look forward to your continued feedback and suggestions.

Please join us for our first DTRN User Group Meeting.  Your participation in this meeting will help shape the future of DTRN and ensure that the OpenBeds tool continues to provide value to providers and Behavioral Health clients within the state.  Come network and join the discussion to share your experiences, brainstorm about how to improve, hear from your peers about Best Practices, and weigh in on the new exciting features to be released.

DTRN has now been in place for 8 months.  We would like to hear about your experience with the Network. Please take the time to complete a short survey by clicking on the link below and let us know how it’s going. We will share the results at the upcoming DTRN User Group Meeting on June 19th.
 
One of the country’s most dynamic health systems has joined the Delaware Treatment and Referral Network!  Please join us in welcoming Christiana Care Healthcare System to the network. Recently, staff members from their Crisis and Inpatient Psychiatric units completed their OpenBeds training and will soon be able to make referrals for Delawareans who require additional levels of care for behavioral health and substance abuse treatment.
 








 
Did You Know?
 
In OpenBeds, there is an Analytics page which allows users to view analytics and statistics for each organization in the DTRN network. This page is accessible by clicking on the Analytics tab on the top of the OpenBeds screen.

Users can select the desired start and finish dates, Organization and Service to filter whether it be for Receiving or Referring. Once a search has been completed, the user will be able to click on tabs which are populated and include corresponding graphs.
Below are examples of the tabs a user will see  for Referring and  Receiving statistics:
