As we look forward to ushering in a new year, we want to take this moment to celebrate a milestone that would have been impossible without your teams’ commitment to the coordination of care for behavioral health patients in need. We are proud to report that DTRN has reached 100,000 referrals!
 
It has been almost three years since we launched this resource, and our mission has remained: Help people, change lives, and coordinate seamless support for those in need of substance use and mental health services.
 
Since DTRN's 2018 inception, we have improved response rates to referral requests with 58% of receiving organizations acknowledging a client referral within 30 minutes and over 75% acknowledging in 2 hours.
 
We continue to expand DTRN for clients to include services like housing, primary care, and now transportation in 2022!

Though we may be small, we are a mighty state with a strong network of providers and social support organizations. We look forward to continuing this journey with each of you and continuing to create an easier pathway to care.
