Did You Know?
Patient information is essential to the referral. When adding this information, it is easier to track previous and recurring referrals for each patient.
Along with client information, you will also have the capability to attach all documents and the patient’s signed consent in the "Patient Information" tab.
Please Note: A patient's consent form is required when including patient information.
