Ministry Partner Update

Summer On The Go

As we approach the summer we have solidified our dates and logistics for 3 important mission trips.

Guatemala
From June 18th through June 26th, we have a multigenerational team who will be going to Patzun Guatemala. The goal of this trip is to conduct a VBS for a local village where FBC has been building relationships for the past 7 years. The impact that has occurred in this community is tremendous and the long-term relationships have been life changing.

Longmont, Colorado
From July 9th through July 15th out Young Adult ministry under the leadership of Noah Michaw. They will be engaging the community with Pastor Doug Hixson and Connection Church. This new church plant has developed a solid foundation in the gospel and several families have joined the work. This will be a period of worship, service and gospel engagement.

Nashville, Tennessee
From July 9th through July 16th a team of 15 will be gathered to travel to Tennessee to assist Pastor Derrick DeLain with Proclamation Church. We will be joining two other mission teams to help conduct a VBS program that will be promoted city wide. Our goal is to help Proclamation church reach their community with wisdom, power and love.

These three trips will begin our Summer on the Go. Please begin praying now for the those who have already committed to go and those who will yet sign up. As you pray for our foreign and out of state missions, also pray for the gospel witness we will have in our own 301 this summer for those who are not able to travel. Our desire is to proclaim until all have heard, both near and abroad!
