The sun continues to shine,

Hello everyone, I hope you all continue to keep well and safe.I hope you are getting out in the sunshine and enjoying Spring.

I find myself using my computer and laptop and phone for a good proportion of the day,and am aware that my neck muscles and upper back are feeling the tension,  so it is good to be mindful of how we are sitting at the desk and how we are using our telephones.

Think also about your breath. Take time to focus and breathe wide and full to the sides ,back and bottom of your lungs,feel your rib cage open and close rhythmically with your breathing, especially to the back and sides of your ribs,. Don't force it and try were possible to breathe in through your nose. As well as keeping your spine long, it will energise your body.
