The weather has been kind......

Hello everyone one! I hope you are all keeping well, continuing to keep busy and learn new things.
My technology skills have been stretched and I thank everyone who have been joining me for Pilates online.
We are all spending more time on our devices one way or another, so here is a few exercises to do while sitting at your desks working. As always take your time with these do 4/6 repetitions (rather than time) and do a least 3 /5 times a day.


I will teach online this week again, and will as before send you an email the night before to invite you to join.

Monday 30th March 9 am, 10.15 am and 11.30 am.
Tuesday 31st March 9 am 10.15 and 11.30 am.
Wednesday 1st April (April fools day) 9.30 am. and 1:1 s
Thursday 2nd April  12 noon and  1:1 s
Friday 3rd April 8.00 am & 9.30 am

The following week Monday 6th, Tuesday 7th & Wednesday 8th April will depend on demand.
I will be off from Thursday 9th - Sunday 19th April, and resume again on Monday 20th April.

Everyone is coming to their normal slot , but just to let you know other times if you need to swap.
Please let me know if you cannot attend so I'm not waiting for you.
.
Also this week, I will use weights and a stretch band for some exercises. But do not fear if you do not have equipment.
In true Blue Peter style...................
 Weights use 2 small water bottles (filled with water- I coloured mine with food colouring) or from your depleted store cupboard - 2 tins soup!
 Stretch Bands,Tights  yes tights, (40 denier or above) with a knot tied at each end..
Also a wee cushion for your head if you need it.
So we should have fun this week!!

Positioning of your devices
Try and place iPad on the floor about 1m away (not quite social distancing) and about level at your waist and on landscape, so I can see your head and toes.  Practise with putting your iPad on camera so you can see your self lying on the floor. This is especially important when 2 persons in the room.
2 people try to lie at almost right angles to each other and have the device at 45* angle so can see you both.
Laptops can be on floor or bit higher as can move the angle the camera according. 
Again dogs, cats & children all welcome. Please move all breakable objects!
