All the street parties and garden parties have been cancelled and it has been suggested we have virtual garden parties instead and sing with Vera Lynn "we'll meet again" from our front doors after the Queens address at 9 pm as a substitute.

The foam roller is a favourite with many of you, so .....
Using a bath towel folded(in 4) as above. Lie with towel between shoulders, head on pillow, and bottom on floor. Knees bent in relaxation position.
Try the following exercises
Breathing, be aware of breathe, relax through chest, shoulders, neck and pelvis.
opposite arm and leg slides.
These will help to keep chest open and release across collar bones and shoulders.
After all there is NO SUBSTITUTE for good movements.
Have a happy Bank Holiday. Stay calm & Pilates on.
