SpaceUp Bulletin - October 2019
Space Academy Bremen
The second Space Academy is fast approaching! After the successful first event back in June, the process started again soon afterwards in order to identify more scaleups and companies to benefit from the EU-funded SpaceUp services. The second Space Academy will be an exciting interactive two-day event taking place on 18th -19th November during the Space Tech Expo Europe event in Bremen in Germany.

Following a successful call for space entrepreneurs and start-ups, the SpaceUp Evaluation Committee selected 10 companies to benefit from high-level services from SpaceUp experts. Already work has been ongoing with in-depth studies on individual aspects of their businesses such as analysing individual business plans and assessing management and human resource strategies. During the Bremen event, our SpaceUp experts will support these companies with advice on intellectual property, cross-fertilisation, technology transfer, financing, funding options and business model development.
