Breaking news! Pitch competition launched for Space Academy Rome

We are pleased to share the news that Fondazione E Amaldi will be sponsoring a Pitch Competition for the 10 selected startups at the upcoming Space Academy in Rome. The winner of this competition will take home a prize of 2,000€, and will be announced after the pitch session in front of the investors.

If you are interested in joining us in Rome, don't forget to apply by 12th January. These applications will be assessed by the SpaceUp committee and the 10 highest scoring will be awarded a series of personalised services, now including this opportunity to be in with a chance to win this Pitching prize.

Have you registered already on the SpaceUp website? If you are interested in applying for the Space Academy in Rome make sure you have also filled in your application form with the details about your company to validate your entry. Without this information you cannot be entered into the evaluation process.
Dates For The Diary 
  • Life-on-chip Conference- 20th - 21st February 2020 (Leuven, Belgium) 
    • To learn more about the latest cross-over innovations. The event will present testimonials of roads travelled and lessons learnt from pioneering researchers, entrepreneurs and first application movers.
  • Space Academy /  Spring of Innovation - 25th - 26th March 2020 (Rome, Italy)
    • The third SpaceUp Space Academy will take place back-to-back with the Primavera dell'Innovazione 2020: Space and Technology Transfer.
    • The first day will be fully dedicated to SpaceUp services and workshops for the Space Academy with the experts and one-to-one meetings, and the next day will be integrated with the Spring Innovation Fair.
