Merry Christmas from all of us at Home of Comfort
Dear Friends,
A lot has happened this week but fortunately nothing has required us to make immediate changes at the Home. New guidance has confirmed that a special exemption from 'stay at home' instructions has been made for visits to care homes under certain strict criteria, so we are able to continue with our current arrangements as long as we stick carefully to our policy.
We think we'll be in touch soon with updates about testing, and most importantly vaccinations, but for now we simply want to wish you and your families a very happy and peaceful Christmas.
It is going to be a strange year for all of us, but we hope you are able to enjoy the day and we look forward to seeing you all again before too long.
Thank you to everyone who has dropped cards and gifts in for residents, and from all of our staff we would like to say a big thank you for the treats we have been given, we really are grateful for all of your love and support during this year and especially over Christmas time.
