Girl Scout Horse Badge
What a fantastic Summer we have had so far. Our camps are full, and many new campers this year are getting to experience all that Royal Ridges has to offer. We hope that all our campers come home every day filled with exciting stories of what they learned and what activities they got to participate in throughout the week. It has been a blessing to hear all of the laughter and songs echoing around camp every day.
Now, as we head into the last three weeks of Summer Camp, we turn our eyes to the school year and to how we can stay engaged with campers and families during the fall months. Look below to see the unique opportunities for your kids to make memories and discover new skills.

Our GiddyUp program offers a Day at Camp where kids K-6th get to come each week and participate in fun camp activities, group games, socialization, and friendship building. Click on the image above to find out more. Starting in September, every Wednesday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
As summer draws to a close Royal Ridges provides a horsemanship riding lesson program during the school year. The program teaches students how to handle, ride, and care for a horse safely. These Lessons happen once a week for two hours and include riding, fellowship time, and horse science. Click on the image above to find out more.
Royal Ridges is starting a Saturday Camp program every other weekend running September through December. We wanted to try something new this year to keep camp fun going through the school year while providing a break from the day-to-day and get kiddos outside playing with friends while learning new skills. Click on the image above to find out more about this new program.
Royal Ridges has been providing Girl Scouts opportunities over the past few years to obtain their horse badges through our overnight Girl Scout Camps. We have revamped this program to make it more accessible and streamlined so that it is available to more troops. Join us for a morning or afternoon session on the weekends up here at Royal Ridges and accomplish what is needed to receive your horse badge. Click on the image above to book your troop.
I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to all the exceptional ladies who bus a majority of our campers to and from camp every day during the summer months. These awesome ladies are the first camp staff that our campers interact with on the first day of camp, and they are the reason why we get to host so many campers from across Clark County every summer. Thank you, fantastic bus drivers, for making camp happen every day!!!
