A number of people who have completed the survey have expressed a desire for a place on the survey to write comments. The survey has been standardized by Catholic Leadership Institute for ease of comparison between parishes and eparchies, but we encourage you to provide us with your comments, so that we have a better understanding of our parish. You may share your comments by writing them on the form provided in the back of the church, labelled “Comments from the Parish”; you may post them on our website: https://holyresurrectionbyz.org/survey-additional-comments or you may email them to HolyResurrection@parma.org. Those who are not attending church in person and do not have email, may simply mail comments to Holy Resurrection. You may sign the paper form or remain anonymous, but we do request that you indicate your age bracket, as on the survey. Emailed comments will, of course, not be completely anonymous. There is a box in the back of the church for completed paper surveys and comments. Please complete your surveys by April 4.
We asked that each adult member of the parish fill out a survey, but the survey includes an age bracket “under 18.” The Eparchy clarified that high school aged children who want to complete a survey are welcome to do so, and they may also submit comments.
Any comments that you write will stay in the parish; they will not be sent to the survey company or to the Eparchy. The Pastoral Council would very much like to know what you have to say. Your comments, along with the results of the survey, will reveal what our parish does well and what it should do better. The more people who fill out a survey, the easier it will be to improve the parish plan for spiritual growth, and the way we live the Gospel.
