Regular meditations - even short ones - support our mindfulness. But switching on more extended periods of meditation from time to time intensifies concentration, mindfulness, and insight. The weekend meditation on August 29 and 30 offers the opportunity to do so. We start in the morning at 7:30 a.m. and meditate together until 2 p.m. In the evening, MC Brigitte is also available for questions concerning meditation practice.
