Interior and Exterior Accessible Routes [WEBINAR]
Under the ADA and ABA Accessibility Standards, an accessible route must connect to all accessible elements and spaces on a site. This session will provide an in-depth review of when accessible routes are required and issues such as overlapping clear space requirements and door maneuvering clearances. The session will also address exterior routes such as site arrival points, connections to transit stops and public streets and sidewalks, and unique accessible route exceptions permitted at recreation facilities. Presenters will highlight some of the more frequently asked questions and common sources of confusion for accessible routes.

Morphic is a unique new open-source developed tool that can be used in different ways for people with different needs.

Join us for this informative session to gain information about the mission, purpose, and services provided within the community by independent living centers across the country. Our presenter will discuss how the National Council on Independent Living and local centers are serving persons with disabilities during the pandemic and common issues and obstacles being encountered.
