It’s time to embrace the chill. If we anticipate the colds, the ills, and the sadness of the shorter days that often meet us around this time, more of the season can be spent enjoying the auburn display and our sense of wellbeing.

Transitions & Challenges 🍁🍃
Autumn marks a transition season in itself, a season to start building immunity, to restore, re-charge, and get ready for winter.
In Aromatherapy we have Cypress to help us thrive through Autumn.
Nature is so wise that Cypress stays green during autumn and winter to support us. It's like nature saying "Hey I am here, I am green even in winter...I am supporting you 💪"
Cypress is great to fight flu, coughs, bronchitis, battling both virus and bacteria.
If we stop and observe Cypress, tall and thin but with deep long roots, we see how it bends and folds with the wind, but it does not break. When the wind stops the tree gets back to its normal upright position, showing us how flexible and adaptable it is.
Emotionally, Cypress helps to restore calm, brings a sense of harmony and serenity, dissolves remorse, and instills optimism, helping us through changes, uncertainties and transitions.
Lets navigate Autumn with
serenity, enthusiasm & wellbeing...

Make the most out of these restorative months
When this time of year comes and the days get shorter I tend to envy the bears and hope I could hibernate too! 🐻🐻❄️🐻
So, why not follow their cue and take advantage of the "hibernation feeling" encouraging ourselves to Re-set our bedtime routine.
Sleep is the single most effective thing we can do to reset our brain and body every day !
