July is here and it is the month where our minds fly directly into sunny days outdoor activities, staying outside for BBQs and picnics... and make the most out of it. 

This month the newsletter is all about sharing natural ideas to care for our skin during summer 😎

Do you know the difference between
moisture & hydration? 

If we moisture our skin, but the skin barrier is weak we loose hydration and it starts looking like crepe paper.

A strong skin barrier reduces the so called trans epidermal water loss (TEWL), meaning the skin retains moisture for longer, looking plump.

Maintain hydration applying touch up rollers...

Wether you have dry, normal or oily skin Frankincense & Palmarosa essential oils are excellent additions for the anti-aging properties:

👉They are for all types ok skin,
👉They help to regenerate ageing skin,
👉They contract and tone tissue helping to smooth and tone wrinkles. 
You can apply a roller with Frankincense & Palmarosa before make up or on top of it during the day when you feel the skin is drying, strengthening the skin barrier, avoiding de-hydration. 
For intensive anti-aging treatment: you can add special carrier oils into the roller such us: Wheatgerm Oil, Jojoba Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Rosehip Oil, Vitamin E, Avocado. These rollers work on the 2nd layer of your skin, nourishing and preventing aging and wrinkles.

After an enjoyable day under the sun...

We may end up with sunburn and skin dehydration. A nice blend with Aloe Vera and Geranium brings healing, a cooling effect, and balance to the skin. You may also want to add Lavender if you have congested skin. And if you are going for dinner outdoors, let’s add some TeaTree to this blend and you get yourself an insect repellent. All in all, natural blends without toxins to care for your skin.
