August is a synonym for relaxing summertime breaks 😌
 
Whether local or abroad, travel means taking time from work and household routines to see new places and release the stress we have been holding onto.

Travel could also mean new food, sleeping away from your bed, travel sickness, indigestions, heatstroke or sunburn, cuts, stings or bruises from outdoors activities.

This month the newsletter is all about natural travel essentials with tips to overcome the little mishaps and carry on enjoying the holidays 😎
 
Travel essential Oils
 

When it comes to travel light our recommendation and personal experience is that rollers, sprays or small gels are the best options.

They are already diluted, easy to apply, no spillages and no wastage of the essential oils.

You just need a couple rollers, sprays or gels with key and powerful essential oils to feel covered. 
 
For example 
👉 10ml roller with Peppermint and/or Ginger essential oils to tackle nausea, vertigo, motion sickness, indigestion, cramps and bloating. 

👉 10ml roller with Lavender and Chamomile to promote sleep and aid in sunburn, bruises, cuts, stings and more. Ideal when travelling with kids.
👉 5 ml roller for PMS, menstrual cramps and hormonal imbalance with Clary Sage essential oil.

👉2 ml vial with pure Tea Tree oil to target seasonal threats and skin infections.
