The local alert level is now 'high'

National restrictions have now ended and Epsom and Ewell has moved into Tier 2 'high' local alert level by the government, along with the rest of Surrey. The rules and regulations for what businesses can and cannot do have now changed.

What are the local restrictions?

Whilst essential and non-essential retail can remain open, businesses must now ensure customers do not meet in their premises with people from outside of their household or support bubble

Business grants available

ERDF Visitor Economy and Wider Economy SME Grants - First come, first served

The Visitor Economy (Kickstart Tourism) and Wider Economy (Restart & Recovery SME) grant is available to help smaller businesses adapt and diversify following the immediate challenges faced by COVID-19. Full applications will need to be returned with related quotes by Monday 7 December 2020.

Local Restrictions Support Grant

Businesses required to close under lockdown restrictions can apply for a grant of up to £3,000. The size of the grant will be based on the rateable value of your premises. Check to see if you are eligible and find out more.
