Let's #GetReal About Our Mental Health

We think it's safe to say that we have all had a conversation similar to this at least once in our lifetime. Many of us might have had this conversation in the last week - or today even.

As a society, we have become so accustomed to not only withhold the full truth about how we are doing, but also to expect others to do the same.
There is no question that sometimes giving a simple "good, thanks" answer is understandable. Perhaps it's the wrong place, wrong time.  Sometimes we aren't ready to share how we're doing - and that's OK!

But it's time we stop withholding the truth out of fear of judgement or out of shame.
We all have good days and bad days. Shouldn't we all be encouraged to speak freely about both?
How Are You Really?

Have a Story to Tell? We're Here to Listen

Our Sharing Stories page is filled with young people's experiences with their anxiety and mental health - discovering the power of sharing. Discussing what has worked for them, what hasn't, what lessons they've learned, and so much more.

There is strength and courage that comes from sharing your story. Not only for yourself, but for others as well. If you feel you would like to have your story heard, we are here to listen.

Finding the Courage to be YOU

Do you ever worry about not being liked, fearing failure, or looking silly? These fears are extremely common - no matter your age or occupation.

"We humans SO badly want to fit in with everyone and be liked. It’s why we are all scared to rock the boat or try something new - because what if we fail and people think less of us?!?"
"Comparing ourselves to others is a game we cannot win because we end up comparing ourselves to the stuff people are willing to SHOW us, and they only show us the good stuff. Mmmm Instagram, where nobody tells the truth."

"As the Founder of The Courage Crusade I have helped hundreds of people all over the world to step out of their comfort zone and face their fears so they can love who they are and make a difference with their lives. I’ve discovered that we all have the same core fears, no matter who we are."
