Primary Middle Leaders Development Programme 2021/22

HEP is pleased to share an opportunity to join a Middle Leaders Development Programme next year with Andy Phillips, whose Deep Dive sessions have been very well-received during the 2020/21 Subject Leader Programme.

Starting from late September this course will:

  • Take place over two terms across seven sessions
  • Involve participants attending a series of half-day and twilight sessions
  • Involve a half-day school-based session working with the course tutor on their respective school improvement project

This will need to involve one or two middle leaders plus a senior colleague who will be the leadership coach who will attend some of the sessions.

The cost of this programme is £495 per middle leader delegate. Please note that there is no fee for the leadership coach.

HEP will invoice schools once booking has been completed. Places will be limited to 20 middle leaders. Full details of the programme expectations and schedule can be found here Course information

We are planning to relaunch Primary Pathways Outreach from 20th September 2021. For schools who are members of the Pathways Family of Schools, the hourly rate can be as low as £30. We are aware of concerns of an increase in challenging behaviour over the Summer Term 2021 and we will have added capacity during the Autumn to support in schools. The experienced staff at The Bridge will be available to work with individual pupils, as well as conduct observations of pupils and provide advice and guidance. Play Therapy is also available.

Please feel free to now start booking this support from The Bridge ready for September. Schools who are not currently Pathways Family members can also commission outreach at the full cost of £80 per hour.
