What's coming up online

We're continuing to share worship online, here's what's on this week:
Holy Communion, Sunday, 9am
Our services of Holy Communion will continue to be shared live from St John's over the coming weeks.  All are welcome.
Children's Service, Sunday morn.
This week's Children's Service has a new term theme, whereas on 7th Sep we learn about some great Christian saints.  There's no service on 13th September.
Evening Prayer - NEW TIMES!
Evening Prayer will continue throughout the week with a slightly different pattern:
Sunday - Friday: 5.30pm
No service on Saturday
The services can be found as always by clicking on the button below.

Services in churches this week

We continue with our current pattern of worship:
Eucharists at 9am in St John's, and 10.30am in St Luke's.

This will include the first Sunday of the month when, to keep capacity at a maximum, we shall continue to use both church buildings.

As always, you can also click on the link below to find our Order of Service and this week's reading sheet.

A reminder that our capacity remains lower than usual, and in St John's it will be slightly lower than in recent weeks on 6th and 13th September.

Quiz Night

People have been really enjoying our Zoom quiz nights, so we're going to hold another one on Saturday 19th September.  They're a great way to have fun, spend time with members of the congregation, and even make a donation to church funds if you wish.  And you can do it from the comfort of your own home - even with your Saturday night takeaway!

The quiz will start at 7pm, and will finish around 9pm.  It would be so great to have lots of people join in - if you haven't before, why not give it a go?!  Just sign up with Peter at

And why not invite some friends along to take part?  It would be great to have more people join in.
As always, please don't hesitate to contact Fr Peter if you need anything at all - be it prayer, practical help, or just a chat,
