To refresh on the background and the impact of Norfolk Southern's Pittsburgh Vertical Clearance Project, you may want to take a look at the website Rail Pollution Protection Pittsburgh (RP3).

RP3 was created by concerned Allegheny City Central neighbors. It is a group of Pittsburgh residents who are "committed to addressing the risk and negative impacts of rail proliferation where it conflicts with urban health, sustainability, and personal well-being."
