AHN and UPMC – PREVENTION IS PREFERABLE TO CURE!
A PLEA TO OUR HEALTHCARE LEADERS
TO LEAD

We hope you will join us for the fourth virtual SWPA Grassroots Air Quality Town Hall:
Tuesday, October 26, 2021, Noon via Zoom
Sign Up on Eventbrite!

We have rescheduled the fourth Town Hall to bring you some amazing speakers. Details on the lineup soon.

To paraphrase a famous quote that shook our national government in 1974, Leslie Davis and Cynthia Hundorfean (the Presidents of University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and Allegheny Health Network, respectively), “...What did you know and when did you know it?”

It is long past time for our massive healthcare establishment to fulfill the goal that prevention is preferable to cure!

We invite you to join an ever-growing group of residents in demanding that our healthcare leaders be the catalyst to transform Pittsburgh from one of the unhealthiest places to live in America, to one in which our region becomes the leader for the prevention of disease, as well as treatment!

As Mike Stout, a former steelworker and a speaker at one of our earlier Town Halls, has said, "Pray for the dead;  fight like hell for the living!"
