Sooke Region Lifelong Learning is putting together a series titled "The future of Sooke 2020 to 2030." We are inviting speakers (and participants) to talk about what they see as the future of Sooke over the next ten years in the following suggested topic areas:
- Official Community Plan
- Roads
- Transportation
- Jobs
- Development – residential, multi-use, businesses
- Industrial Development
- Chamber of commerce
- Farming
- Tourism
- Climate change effects
- Retirement and senior housing
- Medical needs
- Education
- Recreation
- Food security
