THE FALL FOLLOW-UP
In case you haven’t heard: Parishioners have pledged $820,135 to INSPIRED BY THE SPIRIT - more than 91 percent of our goal.  THANK YOU!
We are so close to meeting our target - If you haven’t pledged or contributed please be attentive to and generous in responding to the letter received in the mail this past week.  Brochures and pledge forms also are at all entrances.
HAPPENING THIS WEEK - TV MASS: Four Masses for the diocesan TV broadcast will be recorded on Thursday, Nov. 10, beginning at 3 p.m. Twenty people are needed to be in the congregation for these liturgies. Each Mass is 30 minutes long and will air on Channel 12 at 6:30 a.m. later this month and in December. If you can join the assembly for an hour or two, please sign-up online.
HAPPENING THIS WEEK: A COMMUNITY MEAL will be served by St. Anne parishioners on Thursday, Nov. 10. The meal is served at St. Matthew Church to people of the community who need and appreciate a nutritious meal and camaraderie.  People are needed to help at the meals and to prepare desserts.  If you can help make this happen or to learn more, send an email to candbgiebel@ gmail.com or dparlier77@gmail.com.
VISITATION MINISTRY: Beginning in December, teams of parishioners will make monthly visits to homebound parishioners.  Might you be willing to join this important ministry of accompaniment and encouragement?  An orientation meeting is at 6:30 Thursday, Nov. 17.  At this meeting we will review expectations of Visitation Ministers and talk about making our visits as worthwhile as possible.  If you are interested in this new ministry, attend the meeting or contact Fr. Tom.  If you would like a monthly visit from a Visitation Ministry team, or know someone we should visit, send an email.
THE SUNDAY READINGS: Read, discuss and pray over next Sunday’s readings in a weekly gathering at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the Gathering Space.  It’s a great way to anticipate hearing the readings proclaimed at Mass and to gain a deeper awareness into the meaning and power of God’s word.  All are welcome!
