Back again with #10!

It's that time of the week again where we aim to bring you some fun and games to fill your time. It's looking like another 4 weeks of lockdown in the UK, so hopefully the next few issues will give you a way to spend your spare time. Unlike the last lockdown, we are hoping that our production will be able to carry on all the way until Christmas time. But we will aim to keep you posted about any changes in our schedules.

Fresh Designs in the Shop

Over the last few weeks, we have been coming up with some new designs to add to our catalogue. We now have over 300 designs on our shop, so if you haven't taken a look in a while it might be worth it. There should be something for everyone!

Radio Garden

If you are looking for some new stuff to listen to, why not check out the Radio Garden? This site features pretty much every radio station across the whole world. You can focus into a particular place and listen to that frequency live. There are so many to listen to, so I'd recommend exploring the whole globe looking for fun, interesting, and unusual stations to tune in to. You could be listening to a talk radio show in Australia, a blue grass gospel station in the States, or a nostalgic hits station in Belgium. The choice really is up to what you fancy at that particular time.

Get Out and About with Geocaching

Of course with the upcoming UK lockdown it's going to be harder finding things to do while outside whether you live in an urban area or in the countryside. One thing we would recommend to pass the time outdoors would be geocaching. If you haven't heard of it, the simple idea of geocaching is basically a worldwide treasure hunt. People all over the globe will leave small containers in hidden places for others to find. They could be found with just coordinates, or with clues, or even a puzzle. Once you have found the cache you can then sign your name and tick it off online. It's really a great fun activity to take you to places you wouldn't even think about. So if you are at a loss as to what to do, may I suggest taking a look at the geocaching map as I am sure there will be plenty for you to find within only a few miles of where you are!
These are just the caches in and around the Exeter area!

Lego Ideas

This last item in our newsletter was sent to us by Joel. He suggested that everyone should take a look at Lego Ideas. I'm pretty sure that almost everyone has played with Lego at least once in their lives. The whole enjoyment is creating weird and wonderful creations. The Lego Ideas page aims to show off some of the best brick designs that the community can offer. It's not just a gallery however, as people can vote on their favourite creations, and if they get 10,000 votes they will be considered by Lego to be turned into real boxed sets! Quite a few people have been fortunate enough to win and have their idea made into a physical product. You can browse all the ideas on the site or maybe even send in your own if you fancy the challenge.
Get Creative

Have a good one!

I hope this issue has something in it you might enjoy. If not please let us know what sort of thing you would like to see. As always it would be great to hear any recommendations, jokes, riddles, websites, and games you might have. We are always looking for good things to put into our newsletter. I hope you have a good rest of the week and the next few weeks are good for you too.

See you next time,
