Warm Greetings From Weymouth where the holiday spirit is strong!
Weymouth is dressed up and ready for the holidays!
The Dirt Gardeners decorated the driveway entrances and the Carriage House, the Holiday Festival Committee put a beautiful lighted tree in the bay window overlooking the long view, several Men of Weymouth put up a tree in the Great Room (a Boyd tradition), and the Friends of Weymouth Board decorated the front of the house this afternoon! Come by and enjoy.

This year Weymouth also has a tree in downtown Southern Pines. Go by 155 E. Pennsylvania Avenue and take a look. The ornaments are made from our Christmas cards! Thanks Carol Westerly and Ann Ganis (see photo at top).
We are so excited about Yule Rock!!! and we hope you are as well!
Rock into 2021 or rock someone else’s world with these amazing gifts. Take a stroll down Broad Street and look in the window at Casino Guitars. See all that you can win on display! Gift yourself or be someone’s Rock ‘n Roll Hero while supporting Weymouth. Even if you don’t want the whole package, it would always make a lovely donation or gift to some deserving person. A winner will be drawn on January 2, 2021.
Support Weymouth and share the Yuletide spirit. The raffle tickets are priced nice at 5 for $25, 15 for $50 and 40 for $100. Click on the photo to purchase your tickets or visit the website:
Thanks to Kvell Spirits, Casino Guitars, and Ashten's for their big hearts and donations for the raffle!
Special Holiday Bakesale!
This Saturday from 10:30am-1:30pm the Women of Weymouth will have home-baked cookies for sale. So, no need to bake and decorate and get flour in your hair, just pop on over and get all your favorites! They’ll have Christmas cards and other signature goodies as well.
Local artist Frank Pierce has generously offered prints (12 x 22 inches) of his gorgeous painting of the Weymouth Center for part of our Bridge Campaign. There are only 100, each selling for 100 dollars and 100 percent of the proceeds go to Weymouth. Each person who buys a print is automatically entered into a drawing for the original painting.
Enjoy the beauty! Give what you can to our fundraisers. Thank you for your support!

Women of Weymouth Holiday Bake Sale

This Saturday, Dec 12, 10:30-1:30 at Weymouth Center

Leave the holiday baking to us and help support Weymouth
Selling cookies, petite sweets, hand-made ornaments, festive cards, holiday items and flowering paperwhites for your winter windowsills.

Your gift allows Weymouth to be home to our special moments of today and to the dreams of our tomorrows.

Weymouth has been at the center of North Carolina conservation, art, literature, music and history for 100 years.  Friends of Weymouth is dedicated to preserving this historic home and property, and to advancing our programming to serve the entire breadth of our broad community. We are all part of the Weymouth family. As it has with many families, COVID-19 has hurt us financially. We ask for a gift that matches your own personal situation. Our gifts today make the difference tomorrow, and all gifts are important.

Weymouth is a not-for-profit organization supported by the gifts of folks just like you. Your donations allow us to operate during this very difficult time when we have no rental nor program income. Please consider a year-end gift. Click on this link for suggested ways to give: "Top 8 ways to give smarter at the end of 2020", by Russell James, J.D., Ph.D., CFP®
