You have, I hope, seen in an email update or via Facebook etc that our new webstore is live (at
).  I wanted to let everyone know what's going on with their subscriber discounts.

Right now, there doesn't seem to be a way to apply the subscription discount to web orders without causing other problems.  (Not to get too technical, but it seems like the discount exclusions I use for in-store shopping can't be applied to the web inventory--which means that consignment items would get discounted to the detriment of our consignors.  No one wants that!)

In lieu of offering a discount on the webstore, I'm tracking all your purchases and adding a 5% credit onto your store account.  I don't think these credits can be used for future webstore purchases, but we'll find out together.  They definitely can be used for orders made over the phone.  (And if you've been calling in your orders, your discount has been applied to those; you'll see it on your receipts.)

I hope this is a satisfactory compromise for the moment.  When we can see each other in person again, you'll get your proper discounts at the time of sale--and any credits applied, of course--and probably a big hug from me, too.

If anyone has a different solution or preference, I'm all ears!  Thank you all for your patience as we move into the brave new world of ecommerce--
