McMillan Memorial Library's first-ever public access digital archive
Hello Friends,
In November 2020, we began digitising 21,804 gazettes and ordinances identified as endangered during our cataloguing process, where we had recorded a total of 137,705 items at the McMillan Memorial Library. Watch the cataloguing process here.

We are now thrilled to announce the launch of the first-ever digital archive of materials housed at the McMillan Memorial Library on Banda Street. This archive, built by Book Bunk, was aided by our team of indefatigable Research and Inventory interns. Watch some highlights of this process here and read the full press release on this work here.

Team work makes the dream work
The completion of this first phase of digitisation work was made possible by the tireless efforts of our team of 16 interns. We are eternally grateful for their support in restoring #NRBLibraries.
