Dear School Families,

If your children are anything like mine, they are ready to be don! We designed the last week of school to be as enjoyable and painless as possible! We hope that you get the sense that school is winding down and summer vacation is almost here! These last three months have made us all feel worthy of a break!

STUDENT MATERIAL PICKUP/SBS MATERIAL DROPOFF 

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
We have scheduled a detailed plan for you to come to school and pick up your child's belongings. At this same time, please plan to bring back anything that belongs to school: library books, Chromebooks/Chargers, textbooks, Before/After Care Cards, etc. PLEASE read this letter for specifics about this event.

(Most importantly, if these times do not work for you just let us know.)

LAST DAYS OF SCHOOL
The school will remain in session until the official last day of school, June 4th, however, June 1st-4th will be fun community-building activities rather than graded assignments in order to give our teachers time to prepare report cards. We will do our best to give students the fun "Last Week" feel that they normally get when in school. PLEASE plan to come to school to pick up your belongings at your ASSIGNED time. PLEASE plan to BRING BACK anything that belongs to school at this same time. 


REPORT CARDS, CERTIFICATES, DIPLOMAS, ETC.
Any official and important end of the year paperwork will be mailed home at the end of the first week of June. This will include Yearbooks as well.

SPECIAL AWARDS - JUNE 4th, 2020 - 4:30 PM
(ENTIRE SCHOOL)
There will be a virtual awards presentation sent out on the afternoon of Thursday, June 4th, 2020. Time and Link to come. This will include our Summer Birthdays as well!


FIRST HOLY COMMUNION
Rescheduled to the Fall months - Fr. Mark

8th GRADE GRADUATION
Virtual Graduation Celebration, 4:30 pm on Tuesday, June 2nd
Homecoming Mass and Class of 2020 Celebration, Saturday, October 17th, 4:00 pm Mass with a celebration to immediately follow in commons and gym.


GROCERIES AND CLEANING SUPPLIES
Nativity Parish in Ashwaubenon donated a trunk full of groceries and numerous gift cards for families in need! Thank you to that community for helping us all be the hands and feet of Christ.

This program is provided to encourage children and families PK-2 to get to know each other within the context of exploration and learning!
