New Coronavirus Support Measures
Following on from the Prime Minister's recent announcement, the Chancellor has announced that retail, hospitality and leisure businesses will receive new one-off grants to help them cope with the new lockdown measures.
If a business is forced to close as a result of the restrictions, they will be entitled to the following:
- £4,000 for businesses with a rateable value of £15,000 or under
- £6,000 for businesses with a rateable value between £15,000 and £51,000
- £9,000 for businesses with a rateable value of over £51,000
These grants are per property and administered by local authorities in England.

Do not respond to emails asking you to make a claim as there are numerous scam emails in circulation at present.
