Election Results are In!
Thank you for electing me your next ANC 4B02 Commissioner!

Thank you for your support in my bid to be your next ANC 4B02 Commissioner. I am deeply honored to represent you.

I wanted to thank the people who supported my campaign in ways big and small. Whether I have known you for many years or met you during this campaign, I appreciate speaking with you, hearing your hopes for the neighborhood, and being someone you might confide in as we all strive to support and enhance our wonderful community.

I also wanted to thank Commissioner Tanya Topolewski for her service and dedication to the community. She took the time to meet with me more than once throughout the campaign to stress that we are collaborators, rather than adversaries, and I look forward to working with and learning as much from her as possible.

I have many ideas for the neighborhood. Perhaps most importantly, I plan to take some of the good work already done by the Commission regarding communications and develop a single member district communications plan. My top priority is to hear from you and to build relationships with neighbors. As I work through the details of that plan, I wanted to extend an open invitation to come to my house for monthly office hours on the 3rd Thursday of every month (this month: November 15th) from 7-8 pm. You are welcome to swing by, share a drink, and sit and chat about any ideas you may have.

Again, thank you for your vote of confidence. I very much look forward to representing you.

Join Erin and Evan for a Post-Election Celebration.

When Evan Yeats (candidate-elect for Single Member District 4B01) and I planned our post-election celebration we didn't know if we'd be crying into or laughing over our beers. The news is positive! Let's celebrate two new commissioners-elect who are super excited to be working together on neighborhood issues. We will be gathering with friends and neighbors tonight at 6pm at Nile Ethiopian (7815 Georgia Ave, NW) for food, drinks, and good company. I hope to see you there!
