New information in the lead-up to municipal elections
What do today’s families expect of their local elected officials?
Are municipalities doing enough to support early childhood development?
Does your community offer activities for children 5 and under?

These are just a few of the questions from an Early Childhood Observatory survey of parents across Quebec on the role of local government, as we prepare for municipal elections this coming November 7

SURVEY: Implantation de l’éducation par la nature (in French only)
The Quebec Association of Early Childhood Centers and Espace MUNI invite you to complete a survey to get a picture of what is happening in the municipalities and the opportunities offered to educational childcare services to allow young children to flourish. We wish to identify the challenges and solutions to improve access to educational childcare services in nearby natural environments.

Early Childhood Week is off and running for the 6th year in a row!

Let’s join forces to make early childhood development a true social priority. Because a good start in life makes all the difference!

This year, the theme of the event revolves around prevention and caring. This is yet another way for us to show our commitment to young children and their families.

By taking preventive action as early as possible, we will be making sure children can seize the windows of opportunity so critical to their development.
