Beer and Wine

We have been working with the licensing bureau to get all of our ducks on a row for a beer and wine permit, and we are in the final stages. We anticipate September 1st as our first day of sales and we are very excited! We plan to have three beer selections, as well as Red and White wine. Likely a Rosé in the summer and maybe a sparkling wine year-round.

Background:
As many of you may know, Uncle DT spent the majority of his life as a working bluegrass musician. In fact, it was in 2012 when Lagunitas Brewing Co. took The David Thom Band to South by Southwest in Austin, Texas and DT subsequently went out to the Salt Lick in Driftwood, Texas, and got the BBQ bug!

We will have a vote for which New Mexico beer we’ll serve, and we’ll do that on our Facebook page. Give us a Like and follow us there!

Music

Uncle DT has had two performances this year and both were in the span of a week! A wedding swim party on the Pecos River, and Santa Fe TradFest, a traditional music festival at Camp Stoney. We are still working towards getting music at the smokehouse, likely this winter. Pictured below is the Pecos River and some of TradFests headliners that came in for dinner.
