Greetings from the Smokehouse. Hope everyone is well and fully vaccinated! Mrs. Uncle and I are doing well. We thoroughly enjoyed serving all of the locals this summer, as well as the myriad out-of-towners we met. Here's just a quick little missive to let you know what's going on in November:

We've currently got 4 tables and 16 seats, configurable in lots of ways, so we hope you'll come on into Uncle DT's this fall/winter and enjoy some hot BBQ and good ol' bluegrass music on the TV!
