HOLA beautiful people <3 Happy Monday!

You may have noticed on my social media that I have been talking a lot about #ElevateU. Basically it is our 6-week series where we do
6 tasks each day (more on this HERE on my youtube channel).

One of them is 1-hour of movement per day. This may seem like a lot, but really if you do 30 min of walking in the morning, 30 min of yoga at night, you hit your 1 hour. It can be whatever you please!
As long as you hit that goal. 

For me, I am focusing on walking outside more. This summer has just been absolutely insane that by the time I get home from our office, I don't want to do a THING! Wine and bachelor it is. BUT this challenge has really helped me focus on getting outside more and doing something I love to do. Walking for me helps clear my head and also is a fun thing to do with Steve.
This series has FORCED me to get out and get moving and it has already changed my life. That's the thing with this series - all of these small 6 daily accomplishments can just be a small part of your day, but they end up bringing so much happiness to your body, soul, and mind.
