Hello beautiful people!!!

Happy Monday :) Today I wanted to share something with you that has helped clear my skin. I also want to share the grocery list that I am
using every week! I hope you can find value in this week’s newsletter! Let me know if you like these sort of updates :)
 
For YEARS I have struggled with acne.
It has been one of the biggest insecurities of my life! Last year I decided to take a stand and stop relying on makeup to make me feel comfortable in my own skin. I did an in-depth update and walkthrough of this on my most recent youtube video:

Here are some of the MAIN things I did to help clear my skin:

I do one big grocery shop a week, meal prep at the beginning of the week, and tend to go for a second grocery shop to restock fresh items (veggies, proteins, any milks we’ve gone through) toward the end of the week. Every single Monday I make big batches of rice, sweet potatoes, roasted veggies, and proteins so I can grab things on the go!
