Dear Friends,

We are delighted to announce that our Sangha will start meeting in person again, with some limitations, on April 3!

As part of the reopening, we are making changes to how you join both in-person and Zoom events.  Starting with Sangha on Sunday, April 3, you will sign up in advance if you wish to attend in person.  For Zoom, you will also register in advance to receive the Zoom link and passcode.

Please read further for details on the Covid safety protocol, sign-up and registration procedures.

It is our heart-felt aspiration that conditions continue to improve so we can host larger gatherings.  Until that time, we greatly appreciate your cooperation with these new procedures.  If you have any questions, please contact

With gratitude,  --The CTBC Leadership Team

At this very moment for the peoples and nations of the earth,

May not even the names disease, famine, war, and suffering be heard.

But rather may pure conduct, merit, wealth, and prosperity increase,

And may supreme good fortune and well-being always arise.

Interested in submitting? Any messages, art, poetry or sentiments intended to provoke or celebrate or simply share, with the motivation to reduce suffering among all sentient beings, are welcome.

Thursday Meditation & Study Group
Thursday March 24
7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time
via Zoom
For the next two Thursday sessions, March 17 and 24, Vicki Cahill, will lead a special workshop, “Concepts in Facilitating.”  Vicki will present best practices on how to facilitate a Dharma group discussion.  We will explore ways to present the root text and commentary with our own analysis while asking probative questions that allow for an informative and engaging discussion.  Vicki is TBC's newly-elected Vice President and is responsible for planning and scheduling CTBC’s Dharma teachings throughout the year.
This special workshop is open to Everyone and no prior facilitation experience is necessary.  We hope you can join us for this very special opportunity.

Note:  We will resume the study topic, "Foundation of All Perfections" on March 31.
