Vajrasattva Practice
Friday May 20
7 p.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern Time

How often does it happen during the course of the day that you do or say something that you later regret?  Perhaps something that you cannot take back or something that cannot be undone?  How do we deal with those situations skillfully?

The Vajrasattva Purification Practice is common to all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism and used to purify obstacles to spiritual development. Please join Marjon van Kempen and Sr. Sharifa Vernice Meytung in a guided meditation and recitation of the Vajrasattva practice from the CTBC Prayer Book.
