Today we officially unveiled the ‘Wall of Wings’ in Brenton-on-Sea.  This is the first of the interactive art installations to be fully completed and launched for public enjoyment.  Well done and thank you to the team that has worked towards this day.  This installation compliments the other ongoing initiatives that have been undertaken by the Brenton communities.
The ‘Wall of Wings’ is just one component of the Knysna Interactive Art Project, which is an ongoing project.  So, if anyone or any business would like to sponsor a landmark installation, you’re welcome to engage with the Knysna Art Society through

3. Cross Cape Cycle by Wild Air TV at Knysna Oyster Festival “Limited Edition”
The Cross Cape is a 742km gravel road cycle route between Plettenberg Bay and Stellenbosch.  WESGRO commissioned Wild Air TV to cover the Cross Cape which was established as part of the Cape Cycle Routes initiative.  Their mission was to take 5 days to enjoy a fast-paced best-hits of the Cross Cape both on and off the bike. Enjoying great food, lovely accommodations, fun activities, and of course superb gravel riding!  Part of the filming brief was to include events within the cycling option and they were here during the Knysna Oyster Festival in order to incorporate that into the option of socialising whilst cycling in the Western Cape.  Enjoy…..

South African Tourism is planning to host a hybrid summit in September 2021. The primary focus of the summit will be to engage our continental and global partners in reigniting the tourism economy through meaningful conversation and collaborative outcomes.  “Currently in the planning phase, they would like to know whether delegates will be willing to attend the summit virtually or physically, and if so, at what venues, at no participation fee, and therefore need your help in responding to this short survey.  This is not a confirmation of your attendance, however it will be helpful in planning the hybrid summit. The questionnaire should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. We appreciate your honest and open feedback.
Please note all responses will be analysed at an aggregate level and your details will remain confidential.”  Please click on the link below to start the survey:
