Lakeside Swim Club in Louisville, KY.  Thank you to Coach Tony Carroll for pointing us toward this picture on reddit.

"It's not the human condition to win a championship.  It's the human condition to just survive... You (have to) get everyone in to climb the mountain and do all the things they have to do to be the best they can be.  That's special."
-Nick Saban
This week's issue finds me in the middle of back-to-back weekends of meet directing with a 36-hour family vacation and summer league meets squeezed in too.  For that reason this week's e-mail won't be quite as jam-packed with info and resources for you.  My aim is to keep this newsletter arriving in your inbox every Tuesday, it just has to adjust to life a little more than usual this week.
