Managing capacity

Learning: Updates and reminders on learning opportunities ahead.

Managing capacity

Our new guide is here! Matching resources to meet demand is the number one issue facing the sector. So, download the guide below and, if you think it's any good, share the link with others in your teams and networks. It takes a systematic look at:
  • What capacity is and what it's made of
  • How to measure it
  • How to manage it
  • Whether and how you can make more of it.

Workshop update

There's still space in the May-June masterclasses, book below. NB The Managing Capacity pilot sold out in a day! But if there's enough demand we'll add it to the core programme (possibly late June-ish) . Just book onto the waiting list and we'll give you a shout as soon as we know what's what.

We *love* how you're already using our resources and we're looking forward to sharing learning and building capacity together.
