Supporting survival and recovery

If you haven't already done it, now is the time to engage your teams and stakeholders in planning for post-Covid survival and recovery. Surveys are a great way to involve staff, beneficiaries and partners in sustaining the valuable innovations you've made over recent months.
They can help you to identify challenges, generate solutions, plan returns to work, and fundamentaly, work out what to sustain - and what to let go of.

To help with this we're offering 10 subscribers exclusive free access to a bespoke staff and stakeholder survey based on the Lasting Difference self-assessment indicators. First come, first served.
We will set you up with a customised survey and URL and send you the results in confidence after your preferred closing date. All completely free of charge. If you'd like more help, talk to us about how we can support with analsying, interpreting and implementing the results.

Sustainable leadership masterclasses

We've partnered ACOSVO to provide a special series of lively masterclasses on each of the four Lasting Leadership capabilities.

The first two sessions generated valuable learning and peer support about:
  • Planning and responding to contingencies
  • Planning for succession
  • Managing knowledge
  • Managing capacity
The notes are full of helpful links, ideas and resources, available here.
The final masterclasses will be just as vital for addressing two other hot topics:
  • Empowering people teams to take ownership (like the kind you saw in the early days of Covid responses)
  • Equalities and attracting new sector leaders.
